We currently ship FurSwipe™ orders within the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery is 5–11 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Cost
We currently offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your shipment is handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment and help determine the next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help with a replacement or refund when appropriate.
